Who are we serving? 

We serve women, both new to and leading within the construction industry, inclusive of project Owners, PM/CM, consultants, Engineers, Designers, GCs, suppliers, subcontractor companies, Risk management (Insurance, legal, etc), trades/unions, allies/supporters of women in those fields.

What are we offering?

We offer structured and targeted events, education, and opportunities for participation/networking, all with a goal of intentional connection & lifting up/supporting women within the construction industry.

How are we providing value? 

By providing support, mentorship, education and skill-building (up-skilling), and networking, all done being mindful (through outreach) of encouraging diversity of involvement both in role and lived-experience.  We are generating impact both through NAWIC events and partnering with aligned organizations.
